Uniform Data System Reporting

Once or twice a year we offer UDS Reporting, in partnership with the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC), to keep health centers abreast of the latest requirements and updates.

BPHC recommends this training for staff responsible for gathering the data, reporting the data elements, or managing the staff that gather and/or report data.  Learning objectives include increased knowledge of the Electronic Handbook and BPHC’s robust technical assistance program. Participants  become familiar with each table, particularly any new clinical measures tables. The course introduces concepts necessary for report completion and defines key terms.

Special Announcement:  Health Services and Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) introduces the UDS Mapper: a mapping and support tool driven primarily from data within the Uniform Data System.
