Member Services Program

As a membership association, our members are our greatest asset and our first priority. All the services and programs we provide are for the benefit of community health centers in HRSA Region X (Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington). We work on behalf of all health centers, but most directly with the health centers that are our members.

Nearly 90% of our members are health centers. Other NWRPCA members include individuals, associations, corporations and institutions that work with us regularly and share a common mission. One of our primary goals is to keep our members well connected:

• To each other
• To federal partners
• To resources that can benefit them

NWRPCA employs a full-time Member Services Coordinator to oversee services to and communication with members. The following pages provide details about some of the member connections we work to provide.
