Board Committees

Eight committees assist the board with governance, membership, fundraising and fiscal oversight.

The Executive Committee assists with the management of the business and affairs of NWRPCA.

The Finance Committee helps to review financial statements on a monthly basis and develops the annual budget.

The Audit Committee reviews the external audit and recommends to the board both the annual audit and NWRPCA's auditor.

The Membership Committee reviews applicants for membership, assesses dues structure and promotes the organization to non-members.

The Nominations Committee recruits candidates to the board of directors and, in particular, identifies a slate of officers for election at the annual spring membership meeting.

Learning Connections Steering Committee will directly support the work of the education staff in coordinating three conferences annually and the Education and Training web-based trainings. The Steering Committee will oversee the conference tracks, serve as a resource for plenary sessions, and assure the planning responds to the evaluations of the previous conferences.

The Development Committee assists in activities that help to diversify funding and to develop a brand for the organization.

The Bylaws Committee reviews the bylaws on a regular basis and recommends changes to the full membership as necessary.

The Workforce Taskforce assists the organization with clinician pipeline development and recruitment and retention at community health centers.
