We want to extend a special invitation to public health professionals to join us for a panel discussion on public health and primary care partnership. This conference moves Region X and its partners toward the promise of 2014 by assembling in one place some of the best expertise available nationally for four intensive days of dialogue and solutions. Just as we know with confidence the sun will rise in the morning, so we commit to forward momentum leading to ultimate success in the transformation of community health.

We have a wonderful line-up of sessons and events for you, with terrific presenters and top-notch policy experts. We are excited to announce Dr. Bruce Goldberg, Director of the Oregon Health Authority, as our Monday Keynote Speaker. All your favorite conference elements will be in place: the Welcome Reception, federal updates, Roundtable lunches, breaks with Exhibitors, and plenty of opportunities for networking.

The Saturday May 12 HST sessions are open to all conference attendees, while the Sunday May 13 sessions are reserved for the HST cohort only.
